Qingdao Shunli Group is composed of five companies, namely Qingdao Shunli Ocean Service Co., Ltd., Qingdao Hesun Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., Qingdao Ronghai Marine Environmental Protection Service Co., Ltd., Dongying Lanrui Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and Qingdao Shunli Shipping Co., Ltd. It has always been focused on providing the whole industrial chain services for ships arriving at the port, including oil spill emergency response, recovery, treatment and reuse of ship pollutants, ship tank cleaning and ship fuel supply.

The group currently has more than 60 employees, owns 2 oily wastewater recovery ships, 1 oil tanker and dozens of vehicles, and is equipped with various sewage discharge and cleaning instruments and equipment. The group serves more than 40 container shipping companies such as Maersk Line, MSC, CMA CGM,OOCL, Hapag-Lloyd, ONE and etc.
