Qingdao Shunli Ocean was established in February 1995. It is affiliated with the Shandong Port Association and is a council member unit of the Qingdao Port Association. Due to the needs of the company's business development, the company's name was officially changed to "Qingdao Shunli Ocean Service Co., Ltd." in the industrial and commercial registration in February 2010.
