Qingdao Shunli Ocean Center at Shandong Port was established in February 1995. It is affiliated with the Shandong Port Association and serves as a council member unit of the Qingdao Port Association. Due to the requirements of the company's business development, its name was officially changed to "Qingdao Shunli Ocean Service Co., Ltd." in the industrial and commercial registration in February 2010. With the approval of the Shandong Maritime Safety Administration and the Qingdao Port and Shipping Administration, it undertakes multiple tasks such as the recovery of oily wastewater and garbage from ships and the cleaning of ship oil tanks in Qingdao Port and its adjacent sea areas.
